Unpacking
WARNING
Accident hazard due to high dead weight of the units
Uncontrolled movements of the units during assembly may lead to accidents.
➢ Use suitable lifting equipment and secure units against overturning.
➢ Also secure mounted components.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to sharp edges
➢ The unit may exhibit burrs on sheet edges due to production reasons.
➢ Wear gloves during servicing and assembly work.
▪
Carry out a visual inspection for transport damage when unpacking the air/water heat exchanger. Pay
attention to loose parts, dents, scratches, visible oil losses etc.
▪
Check the packaging material for loose functional parts and ensure that they are secure before disposal.
Any damage must be immediately reported to the transport company. Observe the "Provisions for claims".

➢ Only trained electricians may work on electrical connections.
➢ Disconnect all supply lines from the separate fuse or main switch prior to assembly and secure against
being switched on again.
➢ Ensure that the unit is free of voltage.
WARNING
Danger of falling during assembly of the unit on the switch cabinet roof
There is a danger of falling during assembly work on the switch cabinet roof due to defective, missing or
untested personal safety devices.
➢ Careful planning and careful implementation during assembly.
➢ Use a suitable safety ladder that is secured against tipping over.
➢ Use personal protective equipment.
CAUTION
Danger of crushing when assembling the unit
There is a risk of crushing between the switch cabinet and the frame of the unit during assembly.
