Offer this up to the bike in the recess for the swingarm spindle on the right side of the bike as
shown above, before tightening the bolt and frame insert in place.
Fit one of the longer countersunk bolts (M6 x 25mm long) through the stepped down frame insert
(FI0093) so head sits in counter-bore.
Offer this up to the bike in the recess for the swingarm spindle on the left side of the bike as
shown above, before tightening the bolt and frame insert in place.
FI0066 – pictured as A
Remove the bolt in either side of the cast frame section that bolts into the swingarm spindle.
Replace these bolts with the two bolts supplied in the kit and tighten.
Fit one of the longer countersunk bolts (M6 x 25mm long) through frame inserts (FI0066) so head
sits in counter-bore.
Offer this up to the bike in the recess for the swingarm spindle as shown above, before tightening
the bolt and frame insert in place.
Repeat this process to fit the frame insert on the other side of the bike.

Take one of the smaller expanding frame inserts, and locate one of the shorter countersunk bolts
(M6 x 20mm long) through the frame insert and fit one of the tapered stainless nuts onto the end
of the exposed thread.
Tighten the bolt in the expanding frame insert until the tapered nut starts to grip the inside of the
expander.
Position the frame insert into the lower frame boss shown above and hold in place whilst
tightening the bolt. The back of the frame insert will expand and hold the frame insert securely in
place.
Repeat this process to fit the frame insert to the opposite side of the bike.

Take one of the larger expanding frame inserts, and locate one of the longer countersunk bolts
(M6 x 25mm long) through the frame insert and fit one of the tapered stainless nuts onto the end
of the exposed thread.
Tighten the bolt in the expanding frame insert until the tapered nut starts to grip the inside of the
expander.
Position the frame insert into the upper frame boss shown above and hold in place whilst
tightening the bolt. The back of the frame insert will expand and hold the frame insert securely in
place.
Repeat this process to fit the frame insert to the opposite side of the bike.
Regularly check to ensure frame inserts remains tight.
