Méthode d'installation des éléments

– Protéger les yeux – Porter des gants lors
ATTENTION
de l'utilisation d'outils tranchants !
• Maintenir le flexible en éloignant la main de la ligne de coupe.
• Toujours utiliser des outils affûtés. La coupe sera plus précise
en nécessitant moins d'efforts.
• Avant utilisation, s'assurer que l'outil n'est pas endommagé
et est correctement monté.
• Ne jamais couper vers soi.
• Ne jamais laisser un outil tranchant sans surveillance. En dehors de
son utilisation, toujours refermer l'outil ou protéger la lame afin de prévenir
les blessures en cas de contact accidentel.
• Ne pas utiliser d'outils pour effectuer des travaux auxquels ils ne sont
pas destinés.
• Effectuer plusieurs passes pour couper les matériaux épais.

Single wall flexible flue liner in polypropylene, used for the renovation
of existing chimneys when used with condensing boilers (or any boiler
with a gas temperature lower than 120°C).
Designation according to EN 1443
• T120 Temperature level: Normal temperature level not exceeding
120°C
• P1 pressure level: positive pressure level (up to 200 Pa)
• Resistance to condensate class: W
• Corrosion resistance class: 2 = gas and oil
• Minimun distance to combusible materials O20:
O = not sootfire resistant
20 = distance from combustible materials 20 mm*
* National installation standard can prescribe a greater distance than
the indicated one.

Precautions before lining
Before lining, the following preparation work has to be made:
• Dismantling of terminals (hats, pots, ...) on the chimney top.
• Integrity and stability checks of the chimney.
• Repair work necessary to fix the flashing or the renovation terminal.
• Opening at the bottom of the chimney in order to fit in the bottom
components of the liner.
• Sweeping of the chimney.
• Drying by ventilation if necesarry.
• Mechanical cleaning if necessary.

Installation dimensioning
In any case, refer to the instructions given in the technical sheets of
the appliances and check the dimensioning of the installation by the
using the calculation method of EN 13384-1 standard.

WARNING
when working with knives or any other tools!
• Always keep your free hand away from the line of cut.
• Always use sharp blades.
• Always be sure that blades are properly seated in knives and that
knives are properly closed and/or fastened together before use.
• Never leave a knife unattended with the blade exposed. Consider
using a self-retracting knife with a spring-loaded blade which
automatically retracts when the knife is released.
• When making cuts on a surface below you, stand or kneel to one
side of the line of the cut.
• Always push the knife away from you when making a cut.
• Don't bend or apply side loads to blades by using them to open cans
or pry loose objects. Blades are brittle and can snap easily.
• When using a knife to cut through thick materials, be patient - make
several passes, cutting a little deeper into the material with each pass.

Vorbereitungsarbeiten
Vor der Einführung des Rohres müssen die folgenden
Vorbereitungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden:
• Entfernen der oberen Abschlüsse des Schornsteins.
• Überprufung des Durchlaufes und der Stabilität des Schornteins
und Durchführung der enventuell notwendigen Arbeiten.
• Vorbereitung des Kopfes zur Befestigung der Abschlussplatte
oder der Sanierungsmündung.
• Öffnung am Kaminfuss zum Einbau des unteren Bestandteile
des Sanierungsrohres.
• Fegen des Schornsteines.
• Austrocknung des Schornteins durch Belüftung wenn nötig.
• Eventuell mechanische Entfernung des Glanzrusses.
