VI. INSTALLATION:
1.
Remove factory front a-arm guard, if applicable.
2. Place bracket (A3) on top of lower a-arm. Align
holes in bracket with holes in flange of a-arm.
(Figure 1)
3. Install 5/16" bolt (B4) through rear mounting hole in
guard (A2). Place washer (B2) over bolt and
position guard on a-arm. Fasten bracket to guard
with washer (B2) and lock nut (B3). Do not tighten.
(Figure 2)
4. Fasten guard to front flange on bracket using M6
bolts (B6), washers (B1) and lock nuts (B5).
(Figure 3) Do not tighten.
5. Install 5/16" bolt (B4) thorugh guard and bracket and
fasten with washer (B2), lock nut (B3) as shown in
figure 4. Do not tighten.
6. Align guard as needed. Tighten all fasteners to
torque specifications listed above. Tighten M6
fasteners first, then 5/16" fasteners.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 6 for installing guard (A1)
on other side.
