Push the sliding T-bar fully aside and install the
plate as shown in (fig.2) over the spindle until it
reaches the bottom end of the spindle nut (fig.3).
Turn the spindle until the wind-back tool fits
between brake piston and caliper frame.
When inserting the tool, make sure that the pins
are located exactly in the piston groove. To
prevent slipping, turn the spindle nut until the tool
is pre-tensioned.
Wind-back the brake piston by turning the
spindle. (as shown in fig. 5).
Caution: If winding back demands a very high
effort, check whether the wind-back tool is
applied properly or whether you might need the
other wind-back tool (left / right thread).
Turn the tool to the opposite direction and
remove the wind-back tool.
Note: You also can use a spanner for loosening
the nut and easily removing the wind-back tool
easily.
