To assemble reverse the procedure described under "Stripping".
Clean all parts carefully and check for damage.

Replace damaged parts with original spares.

Lightly lubricate all parts before reassembling.

Only trained personnel should reassemble the hammer.

Reassemble as shown in enclosed drawing or spare parts list.

Before start-up tighten all screw connections.

Check safety components.

Failure to do this could lead to loosening of the handle and resultant injury!!
Before inserting the steel grease shank end with Molycote.

Never switch on the machine without previously inserting the steel as the vibration caused by idle
-
blows of the piston could lead to injury.
