RENEWING RETAINER BUSH
Forcing out
bush
1. FORCING OUT RETAINER BUSH:
Weld 4 mm thick circular plate across bush opening.

Place cylinder on port as shown.

With drift (diam. 14,8-15,9 mm, depending on shank end) force out the bush.

2. PRESSING IN RETAINER BUSH:
Place bush in cylinder as shown.

Force in bush.
-
With a drift press bush (7) (S19) into the cylinder until about 10mm deeper than cylinder end.
