loosened and both sides evenly adjusted.
Then the nuts are firmly tightened again.
Caution! Self-locking nuts (hard to
shift) must be replaced following
complete disassembly. Check every
six months (if used frequently, then
correspondingly more often) for wear
and tear of all parts, and ensure that
all nuts and screws function properly.
The bearings should be oiled from time
to time with standard bicycle oil. The
go-cart should be protected from road
gritting salt and should not be stored
for long periods of time in a damp room
(for example, garage).
Do not use aggressive detergents
when cleaning the go-cart. An environ-
mentally friendly cleaning agent should
be used.
Attention! Don't use a high
pressure cleaning machine
for cleaning the vehicle.
Watch out for correct air pressure
in tyres. (Recommended air pressure
will be found on the lateral faces of the
tyre.)
Immediately replace worn-out parts to
keep high, constructional safety level.
For safety reasons, never use go-cart
until maintenance work is completed.
Do not flatten deformed parts, instead
replace them by genuine parts.
Always order genuine parts from
your local PUKY dealer.
Wear-and-tear-parts: tyre,
chain, chainweel, brake/brake-
caps, steering column.
Warning! Similar to car tyres, consid-
ering vulcanised India rubber there is
a risk that stains may form in areas
where tyres contact the floor covering.
Please protect contact face between
floor and tyre; handle go-cart with
care if you position go-cart on a carpet
and/or PVC floor glued together by
means of a bonding agent contain-
ing solvents that will degenerate.
Warning! Valve caps need to befirmly
tightened and kept away from child-
rens' reach (danger of swallow up).
