What to do in case of problems?

Problem: The massage motors can be ope-
rated, but not the bed adjustment
motors?
Solution: Check that the plug of the bed
adjustment motors has been
properly inserted into the controls!
Problem: When I want to operate the
bed adjustment motors with the
remote control, a quiet acoustic
signal sounds (beep), and the bed
adjustment will not work, although
the massage motors can be swit-
ched on?
Solution: The child safety device is
activated. Press and hold down
button (S) for approx. 10 sec. to
deactivate it (page 11, Child safety
device)!
Problem: The massage motors make too
much noise (rattling noise)?
Solution: Check whether the screw attach-
ments have worked loose! Check
whether the motors have been
installed incorrectly as shown in
Figure M4!
Problem: When a button is pressed on the
second remote control while the
bed is being adjusted with the
fi rst remote control, the motor
stops, and only starts again when
the button on the second remote
control is released.
Solution: Both RF remote control devices
cannot be used at the same time!
Problem: The set memory positions no
longer function?
Solution: The control must be initialised
again. Proceed as described on
page 22.
