Calling up saved settings
The saved settings can now be called up by
means of the memory buttons.
This has the following effect:

Button A calls up memory position 1
•
Button B calls up memory position 2
•
Button C calls up memory position 3
To do this, proceed as follows:
•
Press and hold one of the above buttons
until the drives have reached the saved
positions and have switched off.
Background illumination
Press any button in order to switch on the
keypad background lighting.
Child saftey device
You can activate and deactivate the child
safety device by pressing the button (S).
Activate child safety device
•
Press and hold down button (S) for
approx. 10 sec.
•
The control confi rms that the child safety
device has been activated by means of
an acoustic signal.
If you now press one of the buttons (U1/D1
- U4/D4) with the child safety device activa-
ted, an acoustic signal will sound (beep),
and the bed will not be adjusted.
Deactivate child safety device
•
Press and hold down button (S) for
approx. 10 sec.
•
The control confi rms that the child safety
device has been deactivated by means
of an acoustic signal.
The bed can now be adjusted again.
Battery emergency lowering
(BA) In the event of a power failure, you
can move the bed back into the fl at (prone)
position by pressing this button.

Massage
Assembly instruction
The positioning (see fi g. M2) of the mas-
sage unit can deviate with bed frames with
4-motor and Wallhugger equipment. In this
case the massage units must be placed in
such a way that other motors and/or fi ttings
are not obstructed in their function.
(MB) Back massage motor
Press this button briefl y to start the back
massage motor. The massage motor starts
with a gentle vibration. You can increase
the intensity by pressing the button several
times briefl y. A high acoustic signal will
sound to indicate when you have set the
maximum massage intensity. You can now
reduce the intensity again in stages by
again pressing this button. A low acoustic
signal will sound to indicate when you have
set the minimum massage intensity.
(MF) Foot massage motor
Press this button briefl y to start the foot
massage motor. Proceed as with the back
massage motor in order to set the massage
intensity.
