1. Insert the power plug into the AC outlet and press the "POWER" button to power on the unit.
2. Press the "CD" button to switch to CD mode, then press "OPEN/CLOSE" button to open the
disc tray and load an empty or
press "OPEN/CLOSE" button to close the disc tray.
CD-R disc:
it can be recorded once only, once it has been used for recording, it can not be
erased or re-recorded, if there is still room available and the disc has not been
finalized, additional content can be recorded.
CD-RW disc:
By contrast, a CD-RW disc can be used in much the same way as a CD-R disc,
but the content recored can be erased and the room can be re-used for other
recordings.
NOTE: A disc created by CD-RW disc may not play satisfactorily on all CD players, but the disc
created by CD-R may play satisfactorily on majority of CD players.
3. Load the recordable source such as phono, tape or aux in source. Then press "PHONO",
"TAPE" or "AUX/BT" button to select the corresponsive source on the unit.
4. Press the "RECORD" button, then press Play/Pause
NOTE: Make sure "NO TOC" and "CD-R" or "CD-RW" indicators lights on screen, or the
RECORD function will not work.
