BLADE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ADJUSTABLE BLADE STOPS ASSEMBLY:
1. Fasten the adjustable blade stops (#4) to pivot (#2)

using
(2) M10-1.5 X 30mm
nylock nuts (#19).
BLADE ASSEMBLY:
2. Fasten the blade to pivot (#2) using
hex bolts (#16),
(4) M12
nylock nuts (#21).
1.75 (zinc plated)
NOTE: To allow blade to trip, do not overtighten.
3. Attach the blade springs (#7) onto the upper holes of
(2)
the blade. Attach the other ends of the blade springs
(#7) to pivot (#2) using the
(#11) and nylock nuts (#18).
(2) M8-1.25
NOTE: The blade is designed to flip over when it strikes a solid object or digs in too far. When the pressure is
released, the blade springs back into position. The spring tension (#7) may be stiffer by tightening the nylock nuts
(#18) on the bottom of the eye bolts (#11). For less spring tension, loosen the nylock nuts (#18).
