FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
PIVOT ASSEMBLY:
1. Position and fasten the front part of the pivot (#2) on
the pushframe (#1) using the tightening sleeve (#9),
the hex bolt (#17), the
M12-1.75 X 90mm
washers (#24), and the
nylock nuts (#20).
2. Fasten the rear part of the pivot (#2) to pushframe
(#1) using a
M8-1.25 X 30mm
washer (#23), the sliding washer (#22), and a
nylock nut (#18).
NOTE: To allow the pivot (#2) to move freely, do not
overtighten the bolt (#12).

3. Position the compression spring (#6) and slide the
angle lever (#3) into the opening of the pivot (#2).
Fasten using a
M8-1.25 X 35mm
flat washers (#23), and a
NOTE: To allow the angle lever (#3) to move freely,
do not overtighten the bolt (#13).
