TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The motor does not start when the command is
given.
The motor starts but the canvas does not move.
The canvas moves in stops and starts.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
There is no mains supply.
The electric plug is not connected to the mains.
The motor is overheated.
The batteries in the remote control have run out.
The limit switches have not been adjusted correctly.
The canvas may be broken.
The runners are dirty or are not correctly aligned.
There are strong winds.

TESTS AND REMEDIES
Check the electric current.
Ensure that the plug is correctly connected to a working
socket.
Wait for 5-10 minutes to allow the motor to cool down. If the
problem persists, adjust the limit switch.
Change the batteries in the remote control.
Contact the dealer.
Contact the dealer.
Clean the runners (see the maintenance chapter).
It is not recommended to unwind the awning in strong winds.
If necessary, check that the terminal tube descends correctly when
unwinding the canvas.
Manually help the terminal during descent to enable the canvas to
detach.
