This satellite board is equipped with a pin connector where there are 8

outputs present supplying a transistorised negative pole (50 mA Open

Collector) when the programmed event occurs (for programming refer to the
manual of the control unit the satellite is combined with).
Active outputs (Open Collector) XSAT2
This satellite board handles no. 8 O.C terminal board outputs
that supply a transistorised negative pole (50 mA Open
Collector) when the programmed event occurs (for programming
refer to the manual of the control unit the satellite is combined
with), it is also equipped with a pin connector where there are an
additional 8 O.C. outputs with the same programming
characteristics of the previous ones.
Based on the positioning of Dip Switch 5, O.C. outputs can be
doubled from 8 to 16.
The O.C. outputs of the clamps and those of the pin connectors coincide: L10/OC9
coincides with O.C. 1, L9/OC10 coincides with O.C.2, etc...

EX: if address 1 is assigned to the satellite, when programming the control unit, both O.C.
outputs of the clamps and those of the pin connector are from no. 9 to no. 16.
The O.C. outputs of the clamps correspond with those of satellite "N" based on
addressing, while the outputs of the pin connector correspond with those of the satellite
"N + 1".

EX: if address 1 is assigned to the satellite, while programming the control unit, O.C.
outputs in the clamps will be from no. 9 to no. 16 while O.C. outputs in the pin connector
will be from no. 17 to no. 24
Connection to supplemental modules to the Out State (O.C.) pin connector
It is possible to connect optional boards to the satellite outputs in order to transform the actual
transistorised outputs into free relay exchange (Mod. XMR2, Mod. MR4 and Mod MR8).
• For settings of the optional boards, refer to the related manual.
• For connecting the optional MR4 and MR8 boards to the pin connector, use the cable supplied
with the boards.
