Installation Instructions for Class “R” Fuse Adapter Kit
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: This instruction outlines recommended
installation procedure.
1. Turn OFF and lock out the power supplying the Safety
Switch.
2. Turn the Safety Switch OFF.
3. Remove Fuses.
4. Insert Fuse Adapter into Load Base as shown in Fig.1.

Will cause death or serious
injury.
Turn off and lock out all power
supplying this Safety Switch
before installing kit.
Replace the covers and shields
before restoring power to switch.

5. Press down on the top of the Adapter with a screw-
driver until the sides of the Adapter fit firmly into the
slots of the sides of the Fuse Clip. (Fig. 2).
6. Install Class “R” fuses.
7. Close cover before supplying power to the Safety
Switch.
