with a dirty washing tank).
• Empty the water out of the washing tank.
• With the washing tank empty, remove the
pump filter (5) and clean it.
• In the "B" models with a drainage pump
also remove the filter of the drainage
pump (3), fastened using a thread in
order to proceed to clean it. As shown in
diagram 2, by turning a quarter of a rota-
tion the filter is unscrewed (3). Once cle-
aned screw on again.
• To clean the inside of the washing tank,
close the hood and start the machine but
do not fit the overflow unit. Thus clean
water will be entering through the rinse
diffusers performing an overall cleaning
of the machine. This operation must be
performed for 2 or 3 minutes.
• Finally, thoroughly clean the bottom, the
walls and the inside of the cleaning tank.
• The washing arms must be cleaned on a
regular basis. If the rinse is flawed this
may be due to clogging of the holes. In
this case these must be released and cle-
aned.
• The outside of the machine must NEVER
be cleaned with a direct jet of water. Use
a damp cloth and mild detergent for cle-
aning.
• DO NOT use abrasive detergents (nitric
acid, neat bleach, etc.) or stainless steel
scourers or scrapers that containing ordi-
nary steel as these may rust the machine.
Temperature adjustment:
You can choose between 3 different tempe-
ratures in the washing tank (50ºC, 60ºC or
65ºC) and another three for the boiler
(75ºC, 80ºC or 85ºC). It is also possible to
disconnect the resistances.
The connections of the electronic board
may only be accessed by qualified repair
staff, after cutting the electric current with
the machine's main switch and the circuit
breaker on the exterior power supply soc-
ket of the machine.
Adjusting the washing tank temperature
1. Switch on the machine and wait 3
seconds until the board has performed
the start up process.
2. Press the button (Diag.-C 2) on the elec-
tronic board. On keypad the "wash" pilot
light (Diag.-A f) will come on and one of
the "cycle" LEDs (Fig.-A c, d or e) will
flash, indicating the temperature selec-
ted in the washing tank.
3. With the "wash" pilot light lit (Diag. A f)
and successively pressing "cycle selec-
tion" (Diag. A 2) we will rotate the flas-
hing of the "cycle" pilot light (Diag. A c,

d, e and a), passing from "short" to
"intermediate", from "intermediate" to
"long", from "long" to "machine ready"
and from the latter once again to "short".
"a": machine ready. Disconnect
resistances
"c": Short cycle. 50ºC
"d": Intermediate cycle. 60ºC
"e": Long cycle 65ºC
Select the desired temperature leaving one
of the cycle pilot lights flashing and we
pass on to adjust the boiler temperature.
Adjusting the boiler temperature:
1. With the "wash" pilot light lit (Diag. A f),
by pressing "start cycle" the "rinse" pilot
light will come on (Diag. A g) indicating
that we are adjusting the temperature of
the boiler. Now the flashing pilot lights
will represent the selected temperature
in the boiler.
2. With the "wash" pilot light lit (Diag. A g)
and successively pressing "cycle selec-
tion" (Diag. A 2) we will rotate the flas-
hing of the "cycle" pilot light (Diag. A c,
d, f and a), passing from "short" to
"intermediate", from "intermediate" to
"long", from "long" to "machine ready"
and from the latter once again to "short".

"c": Short cycle. 75ºC
"d": Intermediate cycle. 80ºC
"e": Long cycle 85ºC
3. Select the desired temperature leaving
one of the cycle pilot lights flashing.
4. Press "drain" (Diag. A 4) and all the lights
on the keypad light up at the same time
indicating that the temperatures selec-
ted have been correctly saved, for the
washing tank and the boiler.
5. Switch off the machine to exit "adjusting
temperatures".
NOTE: It is possible to adjust only the tem-
perature of the washing tank or that of the
boiler.
Configuration of models
The connections of the electronic board
may only be accessed by qualified repair
staff, after cutting the electric current with
the machine's main switch and the circuit
breaker on the exterior power supply soc-
ket of the machine.
The machine model is chosen using a com-
bination of 4 micro DIP switches (Diag. C-
1) on the electronic board. To do so:
1. Switch off the machine. It is only possi-
ble to select the model with the machi-
ne switched off.
2. Set the micro DIP switches (Diag. C-1)
according to the attached table.
3. Switch on the machine
Models table (Page 9)
Checking the selected model
For the first two seconds after pressing the
main switch, the model no. selected on the
electronic board with the 4 micro DIP swit-
ches appears (Diag. E 1). The position of
the micro DIP switches is represented by
the state of the 4 upper pilot lights on the
keyboard (Diag. A a, c, f, h). The "machine
ready" pilot light represents micro DIP
switch 1, the 2nd the short cycle, the 3rd
the "wash" pilot light and the 4th the drai-
nage pilot light. If the pilot light is on the
related micro DIP switch is set to "ON" and
if it is not lit the micro DIP switch is set to
"OFF". Example: Model No. 6 (0110) see
diagram B.
Control of the cycle duration (Thermal
Lock):
When this option is activated the electronic
control changes the cycle duration up until
the boiler has reached the preset tempera-
ture. In other words, in the event that the
boiler has not attained the appropriate
temperature, the wash cycle is extended
until the boiler reaches the set temperatu-
re. This prevents the rinse from being per-
formed with cold water.
Detection of malfunctions:
The connections of the electronic board
may only be accessed by qualified repair
staff, after cutting the electric current with
the machine's main switch and the circuit
breaker on the exterior power supply soc-
ket of the machine.
The keypad provides us with the following
information:
Configuration error front-loading/hood
machine:
The same panel is used for front-loading
machines (glass washer or dishwasher) and
for hood type machines. If all the LEDS on
the keyboard are flashing it means that the
model selected using the board's micro DIP
switches is incorrect and the that the
machine has been locked up. A hood type
model has been set and the machine is the
front-loading type. Disconnect the machine
from the mains and review the status of the
micro DIP switches.
Malfunction of the washing tank probe:
