ISTRUZIONI PER IL COLLEGAMENTO E SOLLEGAMENTO DELLA BOMBOLA DI PROPANO

GUIDELINES FOR CONNECTING AND DISCONNECTING PROPANE TANK
This machine uses a Propane tank with a 9.1Kg (20 lb) , which complies with the D.O.T. 4E240 standards. These propane tanks are marked UL, comply with
the European specifications TPED (transportable pressure equipment) and complies with CE. The filling should be done only by a qualified dealer of propane. A
tank filled properly may not exceed 80% of the rated capacity. Do not overfill the tank.
Collocare la Bombola di Propano [Foto 1 – A] sulla piattaforma [Foto 1 – B] posta sul
retro della Macchina. Collegare il raccordo del tubo [Foto 1 – C] del carburante alla valvola di
servizio [Foto 2 – D] girando verso destra (in senso orario). Serrare il manicotto del raccordo
SOLO a mano fino in fondo, e controllare che non ci siano perdite verificando che non ci sia
odore di propano subito dopo il collegamento alla Bombola. Fissare la Bombola alla Macchina
con le due cinghie metalliche [Foto 2 – E] attraverso i due appositi ganci [Foto 2 – F], e in
fine, verificare che la Bombola sia ben serrata sulla piattaforma della Macchina.
ATTENZIONE: Aprire la Valvola di servizio SEMPRE LENTAMENTE per permettere di
equilibrare la pressione nei tubi.
Per scollegare La Bombola di propano invertire la procedura su descritta.
Tutte le operazioni di collegamento e scollegamento della Bombola di Propano devono
essere fatte in un ambiente ben ventilato.
Oltre alla valvola di servizio sono presenti sulla Bombola:
•
Valvola di Sovrappressione [Foto 2 – G];
•
Valvola di Sfiato [Foto 2 – H];
•
Indicatore di Livello [Foto 2 – I].
Place the Propane tank [Photo 1-A] on the platform [Photo 1-B] at the back of the
machine. Connect the fuel hose fitting [Photo 1-C] at the service valve [Photo 2-D] turning to
the right (clockwise). Tighten the fitting sleeve ONLY by hand all the way down, and check
that there are no leaks, verifying that there is no smell of propane immediately after the
connection to the tank. Secure the tank to the machine with the two metal straps [Photo 2 –
E] through the two hooks [Photo 2-F], and finally, check that the tank is firmly tightened on the
platform of the machine.
ATTENTION: open the service valve SLOWLY to allow you to balance the pressure in the
pipes.
To disconnect the propane tank reverse the described procedure.
All the procedures to connect and disconnect the propane tank must be done in a well
ventilated area.
In addition to the service valve the tank includes:

pressure relief valve [Photo 2 – G];
•
Bleeder valve [Photo 2 – H];
level indicator [Photo 2-I]
•
