BEFORE FIRST USE
We recommend that you wash all the removable parts (A, B, C, D, E) in warm soapy water (see
paragraph "Cleaning"). Rinse and dry them carefully.
• Unpack the appliance and place it on a clean, dry stable flat work surface away from water
splashes.
• Ensure that all packaging has been removed before starting the appliance.
WARNING: The cone blades are extremely sharp, handle the cones carefully always holding
them by the plastic part.
USING THE APPLIANCE
• Place the gear (E) into the holder (H) of the motor unit (F)(Fig. 1).
• Choose the blade cone (D) adapted to the required shape: Pappardelle (D1)/Tagliatelle (D2)/
Linguine (D3)/Spaghetti (D4).
• Fix the blade cone (D) inside the gear (E)(Fig. 2).
• Place the collection cup (C) on the base (J) of the main motor unit (F)(Fig. 3).
• Clip the cover (B2) above the holder (H). This appliance is fitted with a safety mechanism. To
start the spiralizer, the cover (B2) must be properly secured by the safety lock (G). Your appliance
is locked when the indicator on the cover (B2) is aligned with the lock symbol , a "click" sound
can be heard when the cover (B2) is secured (Fig. 4). Openning the safety lock (G) will stop
the spiralizer.
• Choose an appropriate vegetable, evenly cut both ends of the chosen vegetable and trim it
down gradually to fit the diameter of the feedtube (B1) (Fig. 5). You will find below a table
of recommended ingredients to use for the different blade cones (D).
• Fix the evenly cut surface of the vegetable to the crossed bottom (A2) of the pusher (A1) and
place it into the feedtube (B1)(Fig. 6).
• Plug in your appliance and press " " on the ON/OFF switch (I) to start. The indicator light will
glow to indicate the appliance is on (Fig. 7).
• Insert the food through the feedtube (B1) and push the food down gently using the
pusher (A1)(Fig. 8).
• At the end of the cycle, press "
The indicator light will turn off. Wait until the gear (E) stops completely before removing the
cover (B2)(Fig. 9).
