The signal is received via an external antenna, serving the entire building. The signal may not
be well received, especially in the case of unfavorable weather conditions on the island or at
sea.
✓ Allow a little time for the signal to stabilize, especially when turning on the television.
✓ Try other channels, then return to the one that interests you.
✓ Make sure that the antenna cable is firmly connected (TV socket and wall socket).
✓ Reset the channels (MENU button, channel, Auto Search) or reset the TV (MENU
button, Settings, Reset TV, then follow the 5 steps to start the TV).
✓ In case of heavy rain or strong wind, the signal may be very unstable. Just wait!
✓ Check with the neighboring apartment if they are experiencing the same difficulties.
✓ Contact me or contact Sofi so that we can contact an Antenna's Electrician.
