Installing the felt underlay and the liner
4a - Put the ground in place.
4b - Cut out the felt underlay using a Stanley knife or a pair of scissors.
4c - Put the liner in place.
4d - Fit the corners of the liner into the corners of the pool.
4e - Hook the liner on to the lip of the track.
4f - Position the locking strip around the edge of the basin. Start in the middle of each side.
4g - Stretch the liner to its full extent.
4h - Fill the pool with water to a depth of 2 cm.
4i - Remove any creases and fill the pool with water up to just below the counter flow system.
Design of the counter flow system
5a - Screw the locking ring and the seal tightly to the counter flow case using the supplied stainless steel screws.
5b - Cut the swimming pool film from the inside of the counter flow case.
5c - Adhere the grommet piece, which is used to attach the hose to the air injection, to the front and rear side of the counter flow case. Insert the air hose to
the grommet piece inside the case and then use a hose clip to connect it to the air intake grommet of the nozzle pipe. Shorten the air hose to the required length.
5d - Pull the pneumatic hose through the designated opening in the counter flow case and place the hose onto the grommet of the PN button (activation/
deactivation of the pump). Secure the hose by manually tightening the compression connections on the pneumatic switch and counter flow case.
5e - Push the entire front cover into the counter flow case and screw on the unit using the 4 supplied stainless steel screws.
Design of the pressure tube, ground suction unit holder and the skimmer
6a - Start filling the swimming pool with water.
6b - Stop the water intake when the water reaches a level below the counter flow system
6c - Attach the pressure tube to the inside of the swimming pool.
6d - Cut the swimming pool film to size at the height of the nozzle and allow a clearance of about 2 cm. Insert the seal and the pressure tube.
6e - Tighten the nuts on the pressure tube sufficiently to ensure it is tight. Proceed in the same way for the ground suction unit holder.
6f - Cover the wound area of the tops using Teflon tape in an anti-clockwise direction.
6g - Screw one of the tops into the pressure tube and into the ground suction unit holder.
6h - Diagram for attaching the hoses to the pressure tube and connecting the skimmer to the filter pump using a hose guide.
6i - Adhere the elbow, shut-off valve and hose together. Cut the hose to size depending on the ground configuration.
6j - Adhere the previously mounted system to the outlet of the ground suction unit holder. Close the shut-off valve.
6k - After covering the wound area with Teflon, screw the shut-off valve with the thread into the body of the skimmer.
6l - Adhere the rigid PVC hose and elbow to the shut-off valve. Close the valve once the adhesive has hardened.
6m - Install the seal and the skimmer frame.
6n - Screw it all to the skimmer.
6o - Cut the swimming pool film on the inside of the skimmer frame to size.
Design and assembly of the pool spot
7a - Place the screws into the 4 holes on the front side of the assembly frame and push the silicon seals into the screws on the reserve side.
7b - Hold the mounting late vertically at a distance of 50 mm to the right and left of the borehole with the attachment clip facing downwards and screw tight.
Ensure that the silicon seals are in the right position between the assembly frame and the film.
7c - Unscrew the attachment nuts from the wall opening and remove these from the cable. Feed the light cable through the small hole in the film and pull it
out on the outside. Now press the wall opening carefully through the small hole in the film and then push this through the borehole Ø 25 mm until it will
go no further.
7d - Now push the attachment nuts back onto the light cable again and screw them tight on the thread of the wall opening. When using a wrench or universal
pliers, ensure that you do not over-tighten the attachment nuts or damage them.
7e - Now prepare the swimming pool light for attachment. Release the cable lock in the wall opening in the pool and pull the cable in until a length of approx.
1.0 – 1.2 m has been reached between the light case and the wall opening.
Note:
This inner cable is required to be able to pull the lighting up to the edge of the swimming pool to replace the bulb.
7f - Now tighten the cable lock again. Ensure that that cable seals are in the correct position. Wind the inner cable as flat as possible around the light case.
Ensure that the wound cable is flush with the front ring of the light later.
7g - Hold the swimming pool light so that the word 'TOP' on the front ring is at the top, and screw the light case onto the attachment clip using the 2 screws
The operating instructions of the pool spot must be observed strictly.
Installation of the pine edge plates
8a - Pre-drill the inner coping approximately every 70 cm and screw down. Start no less than 3 cm from the ends.
8b - Pre-drill the outer coping.
8c - Screw down the outer coping.
8d - Position the joining plates at right angles. Pre-drill and screw in using 6x30 hinge screws.

Ladders
The ladders must not be used for other purposes. The maximum permissible load is 150 kg.
The entry ladder must be placed in a safe position, if it is not used.
7a - Put the ladder in position. To do that, expel the air from the steps if necessary.
7b - It can only be placed at certain points. See instructions for the cover.
7c - Secure the stainless steel supports using the bolts provided in the stainless steel ladder box.
7d - Place the ladder socket into the hole and fix in place using two 6x60 hinge screws.
7e - Position the wooden ladder against the horizontal support under the coping.
7f - Mark in the position of the holes and drill.
7g - Attach the warning sticker for the wood ladder in a visible position on one of the two hand rails on the sides

Connection and operation of the counter flow system
CAUTION!
• Only a qualified electrician may connect the counter flow pump and the counter flow control unit to the power supply.
• The power supply to the switch box must be disconnected via the quiescent current switch (FI switch) every time before working on
the unit.
10a - Mount the supplied PVC pipes and fittings as shown on the drawing.
Note: Before adhering, first mount without adhesive to check that all parts fit correctly.
• Clean the pipe and the adapters using the paint stripper.
• Do not use sand paper to clean the smooth PVC pipe.
• The surface should be matt after cleaning. As soon as the surface has been cleaned, do not touch it again.
• Apply the adhesive in the longitudinal direction of the pipe and adapters.
• After applying the adhesive, join the two parts. Push the parts deeply into one another without turning them, and hold them briefly together in this position.
• Then use a brush to remove any excess adhesive.
Do not use the adhesive at temperatures below 5 °C. Assembly must be completed very quickly.
10b - Connect the pneumatic hose to the electro-pneumatic switch box. Ensure that the hose is not bent.
10c - Connect the air hose to the counter flow case and mount the non-return valve of the air hose to the outside wall of the pool.
The operating instructions of the counter flow pump must be observed strictly.
