Erecting the sides of the pool
1a - Insert the posts into the metal plinths
1b - Put the bottom row of planks into position.
1c - Hold these planks in place using upright metal plates (at right angles). Secure with 12x160 japy bolts at the bottom but do not tighten up.
1d - Place a standard length temporary plank along each edge of the pool basin. Secure using 12x120 japy bolts. Tighten up all the bolts (top and bottom).
1e -To imperatively check alignment of wedges (chalk line) and diagonals (10 m ribbon); A = B
1f - 1st case scenario: the plinth does not obstruct the drill:
Drill the central hole (8 mm in diameter), drive in the anchoring pins and tighten up.
1g - Drill the remaining holes (20 mm in diameter), drive in the anchoring pins and tighten up. Repeat the process on each plinth.
1h - 2nd case scenario: the plinth is obstructing the drill: Mark in the position of the holes with paint or felt tip pen.
1i - Remove the post and its plinth, drill the holes, reposition, drive in the anchoring pins and tighten. Repeat the process on each plinth.
- Installation of angle junction in reinforced steel
- Installation of angle junction
1j - Unscrew the upper and lower japy bolts and take down the temporary top planks. Fit the planks together using the sacrifice part provided for this purpose.
1k - Put the japy bolts in place.
1l - Attach the planks for installation of the counter flow system in the 6th /7th /8th row opposite the skimmer.
1m - Attach the skimmer planks in the 9th / 10th row opposite the counter flow system.
1n - Attach the plank for the pool spot in the 7th row (middle) on the edge of the pool to the left of the skimmer.
1o - Attach the suction unit holder plank in the 8th row (right) on the edge of the pool to the left of the skimmer.
1p - Attach the remaining standard planks and the upper planks on the circumference of the swimming pool.
1q - Check that the lower and upper planks of the counter flow system and the skimmer are arranged in the correct order.
1r - Tighten all carriage bolts (bag J for the base, K in the upper part of the mast).
1s - Prepare the borehole of the upper plank in compliance with the dimensions.
1t - Nail the final planks to the masts.
Positioning the supports and the brackets
2a - First fasten the metal plate included in delivery under the support planks using the screws. It will move into the correct position due to a flat recess on
the appropriate planks. Position the horizontal reinforcements level with the upper edge on the exterior of the structure. Make level and screw together from the
pool interior, until screw heads to not protrude.
2b - Pre-drill 3 holes of 6 mm (on the corners).
2c - Widen the holes to a depth of 45 mm using a flat 12 mm drill bit and screw in using three 6x90 screws.
2d - Pre-drill three 6 mm holes and screw into the corners.
2e - Position the consoles, mark their position, drill and screw until heads do not protrude.
2f - Screw in the horizontal reinforcement with the consoles.
Preparing the sides of the pool
3a - Screw in the skimmer intake in the upper plank using two screws provided in the skimmer box.
3b - Install the outer skimmer seal and the skimmer itself.
3c - Fix on the whole unit tightening it really well to ensure it is totally waterproof. (Screw in manually.)
3d - Position one of the skimmer seals.
3e - Screw the attachment plate of the counter flow system tightly into the milled frame using the 24 supply stainless steel screws 4x35mm
3f - Drill the rails according to the dimensions (3 cm from the outer ends and then approximately every 20 cm).
3g - Roll out the wall fleece.
3h - Press the plastic rails onto the wall fleece at the same height with the upper plank.
3i - Screw tight the first rail of the swimming pool film using the stainless steel screws 4x40.
3j - Cut some of the corners of the rail as a V-profile to allow the profile to be bent. Screw tight on both sides of the bracket at a clearance of 3 cm.
3k - Cut the wall fleece outside the frame.
3l - Proceed in the same manner with the pressure tube and the ground suction unit holder.
3m - Install the body if the counter flow system and screw it to the attachment plate using the supplied stainless steel screws M5x20mm, washers and nuts.
Caution: the counter flow case must be used so that the outlet Ø 75mm is in the upper position and the suction unit Ø 90mm is in the lower position.
