FLAT-PACK SERVING TROLLEYS
The slight bloom on the trays does not have any adverse effect on their use, and will disappear once the trolley is assembled.

1- Tray (x 2 or 3).
2- Handles (x2).
3- Tray securing screws (x4) (with tightening collar).
4- Tray location marks (x3).
5- Grommets (x4).
6- Caster securing screws (x4).
7- Casters with or without brakes (x4).
Each shelf is delivered with a pack of 4 screws and 4 tightening collars. Screw the tightening collars as indicated on

Do not screw completely so as to make the assembling easier.
Before the shelf assembly, check that the angle bracket does not cover the tightening collar. If necessary, unscrew and pull
y
the collar manually.
Place the tray upright

Place the two handles
2 with the upper marks 4 uder the plastic angle pieces.
y
Hand tighten the screw
3 with the spanner provided.

ASSEMBLING THE OTHER TRAYS AND CASTERS (Figure 4)

Place the upper tray / handle assembly upside down.
Place the middle tray (3 tray trolley) with the intermediary marks
y
3 with the spanner provided.
Position the lower tray in the same manner and secure it.

Place the grommets
5 with the lateral vent upwards.
Locate the casters
7 by lining up the thread on the bar with the internal thread in the handle section.
y
Secure the casters using the lateral screws
y
Turn the trolley over and push down the grommets until the screw head settles into the lateral vent.
y
GUERIDON
1- Upper tray.
2- Tray securing screws (x4) (with tightening collar).
3- Tube (x4).
4- Grommets (x4).
5- Casters with or without brakes (x4).
6- Caster securing screws (x4).
Place the upper tray upside down

Push the four tubes
4 into the plastic corners and secure with the screws 2 and the spanner supplied.
Locate the lower tray, with the ends of the tubes protruding by 4.5 cm, and secure with the screws
y

Place the grommets
4 with the lateral vent upwards, and press them against the lower tray.
Locate the casters
5 by lining up the thread on the bar with the internal thread and secure with the screws 6 and the spanner

supplied.
Turn the trolley over and push down the grommets until the screw head settles into the lateral vent.

MAINTENANCE

General information on stainless steel
corrosion in certain conditions.
Any type of stainless steel can be corroded :
-
austenitic, e.g. "stainless steel 304" also called 18/10.
-
ferritic, e.g. "F17" or "F18TNb".
