13.3 Warranty

The warranty for this device has a duration of 24 months from the date of purchase. The
original copy of the bill serves as verification and must be submitted when filling a warranty
claim. The warranty is void if the device is handled and/or maintained improperly.
The warranty is limited to the repair of defective parts or - at our sole discretion - to the delivery
of an error-free replacement device. The warranty period of 24 months is not affected when
a warranty claim is submitted during this period. There is no right of withdrawal. All other
warranty claims are excluded. This includes in particular all claims for damages resulting
from consequential damage or indirect damage. In addition, the currently valid version of our
general terms of sale and delivery apply as printed on all price lists.
