Files or a specific file cannot be
played.
The computer does not recognize
the multimedia player or the battery
is not being charged.
Microphone recording is too quiet
or too loud

Remedy
• Is the built-in battery empty? Charge it as
described in the chapter "Charging the
rechargeable battery".
• Is the on/off switch in the "ON" position?
• Is the multimedia player connected to a computer
via USB? If so, files cannot be played. Disconnect
the device from the computer.
• The file cannot be played or displayed because
the multimedia player does not support the format.
• Use a USB port that can supply 500mA. The USB
port of a computer or a USB hub with a separate
power supply provide the required power.
• Some notebooks do not provide enough power
on the USB ports. If this is the case, use a USB
hub with a separate power supply.
• Change the distance between the audio source
and the microphone.
• Is the built-in battery empty?
• Check the settings for "Power off" mode.
