Disk manager

After installing the software for the multimedia player, a programme named "MP3 Player Disk
Manager" is added to the start menu.
The software allows you to reformat the memory of the multimedia player. You can set up a
normal partition, a password-protected partition or a combination of both (e.g. a normal
partition of 3 GB for MP3s, videos, etc., and a password-protected partition of 1 GB to store
private letters, images, etc.).
The multimedia player cannot access the password-protected partition, i.e. it
cannot play the audio, video or image files stored there!
The multimedia player can only access the "normal" partition.
Consequently, the protected partition can be used e.g. for safe data transfer
(like a USB stick) between computers, but not by the multimedia player.
In the "Setup" menu of the multimedia player ("Online-Mode" submenu), you can specify which
partition should be recognised as a removable drive when the computer connection has been
established:
"Multi-Drive"
"Normal Only"
"Encrypted Only"
If "Encrypted Only" or "Multi-Drive" is selected, the protected partition only lists
a little programme named "RdiskDecrypt.exe" or similar on the protected
partition (size e.g. 1 GB) when the multimedia player is connected to your
computer.
Run the programme and enter the password assigned when the partition was
set up to see the complete contents of the password-protected partition and to
use it to load/save files.
If you forget the password, the saved data cannot be accessed anymore!
