MAINTENANCE
• Clean the machine every day..
• Do not use gasoline or solvent to clean the machine.
• Check the hose and connection parts daily. If there is a loose connection, check everything
and tighten it again.
• Be careful when moving on uneven surfaces with the unit.
• Do not use the machine with corrosive liquids, gasoline, fuel oil, etc. (If you use your machine
with this type of liquid, it will be out of warranty.)
• The maximum air pressure must be 0.5 bar.
• When not in use, remove the air connection.
• Use only original spare parts.
• The operator working with the distributor must be qualified.
• If the operator is not sure of the operation of the oil dispenser, he must request an explanation
from the supplier of the equipment.
• When the product is out of service, please recycle the unit.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Do not change the setting of the
safety valve resulting from the
manufacturing process.
Perforations and leaks in the pipes
can occur when using flammable
abrasives or flammable and acid-
derived abrasives.
If when air enters the gauge of the
pressure gauge, it does not move.
The gun continues to supply oil
when it is stopped.
If the above information is not sufficient, in case of failure:
• Do not attempt any further action.
• Please contact the CLAS authorised after-sales service.
• If the parts have been changed without the knowledge of the authorized service,
the distributor will be out of warranty.
A modified safety valve will
not be able to control the air
pressure increasing the safety
risks.
Do not use flammable or
combustible substances.
Replace the pressure gauge
gauge with a new one.
There is dirt in the ball bearing.
In case of irregularities or malfunctions in
the air pressure, call the CLAS after-sales
service and do not operate your unit.
If flammable or combustible material has
been used, empty the tank, taking all
safety precautions.
Obtain original parts from CLAS after-sales
service.
Clean the ball bearing.
