Important: Do not overload jack beyond its rated capacity. Never
move the jack while it is supporting load.
Maintenance
When performing maintenance on the floor jack, always remove handle.
Place jack on a level surface.
To replace oil:
1. Open the release valve and remove oil plug.
2. Turn the jack over so that old oil will drain from the oil fill hole.
3. Refill through oil fill hole. Keep dirt and other material clear when
pouring.
4. After refilling, pump the jack handle several times, then replace the oil
plug.

Lubrication

Add lubricating oil to all moving parts when needed.
Rust prevention
1. Check ram and pump piston every two months (or sooner for more
frequent usage) for any signs of rust or corrosion. Clean as needed and
wipe down with an oil cloth.
2. When storing the jack, always have the saddle in the down position.
3. Always use a good quality hydraulic oil, do not use hydraulic brake
fluid, alcohol, glycerine, detergent, motor oil or dirty oil. It can cause
damage to the jack.
