Installing your Perfect Chair
accessory table.

Accessory table Bolt (2)
Note: The Perfect Chair accessory table fits all models except the PC-085 and PC-086. The 3/16-inch Allen wrench and two
bolts/washers required for installation are included (taped to the inside of the box end panel). No other tools are required.
Locate the two front bolts/washers underneath the right-hand armrest (Fig.1).

Using the 3/16-inch Allen wrench remove the two bolts and washers.

Discard the bolts and washers.

Align the two holes in the accessory table mounting arm with the two holes on front the right-hand armrest

(left by the bolts you just removed).

Install a washer onto each new bolt, then install and hand-tighten both bolts. IMPORTANT: Be sure you use
the new bolts, as they are longer than the bolts you removed from the armrest.

Using the 3/16-inch Allen wrench, tighten both bolts to secure the accessory table firmly to the armrest.
