ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the floor as shown in Fig.0.
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there:
(1) Top platform column with monitor;
(2) Bottom platform column with trim
cover; (3) Handlebar; (6) Platform; (9)
Rear post cover; (8) Front post cover;
(36) Mains cable; (31) Allen screw M-
6x20; (33) Allen screw M-10x45; (26)
Allen screw M-10x30; (27) Flat washer
M-10; (28) Safety washer security M-
10; (29) Allen screw M4x20; (30)
Screws St 3,5x15; Screwdriver ended
scanner; Allen key 6mm; Allen key
8mm.
Follow these step-by-step assembly
instructions.
1.- First, Bring column (1) and column
(2) together as shown in Fig.1 position
I, making sure that cable (A) and
guide wire (h) are left sticking out.
2.- Fix the end of the guide wire to
terminal (A), as shown in Fig.1
position II and gently pull on the other
end of the guide wire in the direction
of the arrow so that the terminal
comes out through the bottom end of
the column.
3.- Fit the two halves of the column
together, in the direction of the arrow,
Fig.1 position III, making sure not to
pinch the wires.
Now fit bolt (26), along with the safety
washer (28), washers (27), and hand
tighten.

The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this
platform. Position the platform as
shown in Fig.2, lifting and resting the
four feet on a table, for example.
4 At least two people are needed for
this step. When fitting the column, one
person should hold the column while
the other one follows the assembly
instructions. This will prevent any
possible accidents.
First take the column (1) and put it into
assembly position,
terminal (A), sticking out of the column
(1) with the terminal (B) sticking out of
the platform (6).
Next, connect terminal (C), sticking
out of the column (1) (2), to terminal
(D), sticking out of the platform (6).
Once all of the terminals have been
connected, push them inside the
column (1) to protect them and fit the
column (1) on the platform, lining up
the bolt holes.
Fit bolts (33), safety washers (28) and
flat washers (27) and use the 8mm
Allen key to tighten them securely.
Lower the bottom trim section for the
main post (10) down over the boss
section of the main body (6), Fig.3.
Fit the screws (31), and tighten
securely Fig.3.
For the next stage of the assembly it is
advisable to place the platform back
on the floor with the help of a second
person.
Take the handlebar (3) as position it
as shown in Fig.3, lining up the holes.
Fit the screws (26) and flat washers
(28) and use the 6mm Allen key to
tighten them securely.
