TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems
The machine does not turn on.
The machine does not operate
constantly.
The coffee is not hot enough.

Possible Causes
The machine is not plugged into an
electrical socket.
Possible malfunction.
The cups are cold.
The hole of the steam wand is
clogged.
The Pannarello is dirty.
coffee is not freshly roasted, or the
grind is too coarse.
The water circuit is clogged with
limescale.

Resolutions
Plug the machine into an electrical
socket.
When the machine is not brewing,
turn off and unplug machine. Plug
machine in again and power on.
Preheat the cups with hot water.
Clean the hole of the steam wand
with a pin.
Before attempting to unclog the
steam wand be sure that the ma-
chine is off and cool.
Clean the Pannarello.
Change the coffee blend, or adjust
the grinder as described in section
5.1.
Descale the machine.
Turn the machine on. Close the servi-
ce door. The brew group will automa-
tically return to the proper position.
Remove the coffee grounds drawer
before removing the brew group.
Clean the brew group (section 9.1).
Clean the dispensing spout.
Change the coffee blend or adjust the
grind setting as described in section
5.1.
Clean the brew group (section 9.1).
Clean the dispensing spout, including
the nozzles.
