The functioning plasma powder welding torch comprises the following
components:

Central connector
All elements together form a functional entity which provides an arc for
welding, cutting or similar processes when supplied with the appropriate
operating resources.

10 Delivery gas
The plasma powder welding torches work with two independently adjustable
arcs (pilot and main arcs) that are supplied with power from the power source.
The pilot arc burns between an anodically poled copper nozzle. It is ignited by
means of a high-frequency voltage and used to ignite the main arc. The main
