The appliance has a self diagnosis system to identify a number of malfunctions.

When the appliance is operating in air conditioning mode, this device pre-
vents the formation of ice.
The appliance starts up again automatically when the defrosting process is
completed.
If this alarm appears, contact the service centre.
Empty the internal safety tank, through the drain hoses.
(see page 16 "end of season operations").
CAUSE
no electricity
it is not plugged into the socket
the safety device has tripped
the air exhaust hose has a constriction
the air exhaust hose is blocked
there are tight bends in the air exhaust hose
window open
there are heat sources in the room (burner,
lamp, etc)
the exhaust hose is detached
air filters clogged
Inadequate size of the room (too large)
air filter clogged
it is normal for the compressor to start after
three minutes

•
restore electricity
•
plug into the socket
•
reset the safaty plug ( see pag.17)
•
position the exhaust hose cor-
rectly
•
check there are no obstacles
obstructing air discharge
•
eliminate the tight bends
•
close the window
•
eliminate the heat source
•
connect the exhaust hose
•
clean or replace the filters
•
clean or replace the filter
•
wait for three minutes
