Mate the rudder hinges with the hinges on the fuselage.

Slowly and carefully insert the hinge rod into the hinges until it is flush with
the bottom of the rudder.

Temporarily mount the phenolic T-bracket so that the spring holes line up with
the rudder control horn pivot point. Using a felt pen mark the locations.
