Hold the locknut with a #10 wrench and using a 4.5mm hex tip, run the bolt
through the locknut. Tighten enough to allow for the wheel to rotate with little
friction.

Slightly open up the wheel pant and insert the wheel in the wheel pant.

Pass the bolt through the wheel pant, the landing gear leg and a washer and
then locknut. Using a vise-grip, hold the head of the bolt and with the help of
a #10 socket wrench tighten the locknut..
