Issues
The tool operates at normal
speed but loses power under
load
The tool works slowly. The air
escapes slightly through the
exhaust
The key doesn't turn. Air
escapes directly from the
exhaust
The tool does not stop
Possible cause
Twisted engine parts. The clutch
is twisted or «stuck" due to lack
of lubricant.
Engine parts clogged with
impurities. The controller is in the
closed position. The air flow is
blocked by impurities.

Solutions
Lubricate the clutch housing.
Check clutch oil level. The clutches only need to be
half full. Overfilling can cause resistance on high

insufficient grease in the chamber. Have a qualified
service technician replace worn drive parts.
Check the air inlet filter.
