Remedy

Check/move the DAB/FM antenna.
2.
Move the radio to a different location.

Please check if the radio is close to other electrical
sources and therefore under influence of interferences

Switch on the alarm.

Due to the volume setting, refer to the solutions of "No
sound".

The source of alarm was set to be station but there is
no network connection. Change the source of alarm or
reconfigure the connection.

Check the connection of the network. DR 490 and
your device need to be in the same network; and test
if the network in good condition.

Make sure the settings on your device are correct.

The normal function of the product may be disturbed
