observance of this will result in
increased wear on the blade and
saw chain.
A full tank will last for approx.
15 minutes of continuous opera-
tion. Check the oil level in good
time.
The cordless pruner is equipped with an
oil automatic system. As soon as the mo-
tor is speeded up, the oil also flows faster
to the chain bar (
Before starting work, check the oil
level in the oil automation system (see
"Operation").
Filling up with chain oil:
•
Check the oil level indicator (22) re-
gularly and top up with oil once the
minimum mark is reached. The oil tank
holds 100 ml of oil.

Use bio chain oil ; this product con-
tains additives that reduce wear and
tear and does not damage the pump
system. bio-oil is available from our
Service-Center.
•
If you have no bio chain oil available,
use chain lubrication oil with low ad-
hesive additive content.
1. Unscrew the oil fill cap (21) and fill up
with chain oil.
2. Wipe off any spilled chain oil and
close the cap again.
Note that the saw can re-oil.

Operation
When working with the device
wear suitable clothing, work
gloves, protective headgear
and hearing protection and firm
work boots. Prior to each use it
must be ensured that the device
is operative. The on/off switch
and the safety switch must not
be locked. The motor must be
switched off when the switch
has been released. Do not use
the device if a switch is dam-
aged.
Observe noise control and local
regulations.
Insert/remove battery
1. To insert the battery (15) into the de-
vice, push the battery along the guide
rail into the device. It locks into place
audibly.
2. To remove the battery (15) from the
device, press the release button (16)
on the battery and pull the battery out.
Attaching/setting the
shoulder Strap
1. Attach the carabiner hook of the shoul-
der belt (25) to the carrying eye (14)
on the telescopic arm of the device.
2. Set the belt length in a way that the
carrying eye (14) is at hip height.
3. You can also adjust the height of the
carrying eye (14) on the telescopic
arm after loosening the hex socket
head screw (14a).
