Before you use the appliance for the first time, please do
as follows: Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all
the packaging material. Keep the material (plastic bags and
cardboard) out of reach of children. Check the appliance after
unpacking for any visible damage, possible from transportation.
Place the appliance on a stable and heat resistant surface.
Remove the lid and the basket. Take out the heating
element by pulling it straight up and also remove the
reservoir.
Clean the lid, the basket and the reservoir with warm soapy
water. Dry the parts thoroughly. Make sure that the parts are
completely dry.
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Assemble the fryer.
Fill the reservoir with liquid frying oil between the minimum and
maximum level, approx. 2.5 litres. Ensure that you don't add
less than the minimum capacity or over the maximum capacity.
Inside the reservoir you will find two lines which indicate the
minimum and maximum level.
Attention: this fryer may only be used with liquid frying oil. Never
use hard fats.
The handle of the basket can be stored in the basket by folding it
in. Squeeze the two handle wires together and push the handle
forwards over the locking clip.
Only store the handle when the oil is fully cooled down. Ensure
the handle is folded back before operating the fryer again!
For the best result in a coolzone fryer, always fry without using
the lid.

TIMERKNOP
Deze friteuse heeft een automatische uitschakeltimer. U
kunt de timerknop op CONSTANT zetten. De friteuse zal
aanblijven totdat u de timerknop op 0 zet en de stekker
verwijdert.
Of u laat de friteuse automatisch uitschakelen. Draai de
timerknop eerst naar 30 minuten en daarna terug naar de
gewenste tijd. Let op: de friteuse zal na het verstrijken van de
tijd volledig uitschakelen.
Wij adviseren de timer niet te gebruiken voor de frituurtijd,
maar enkel als automatische uitschakeltimer.
Controleer of de spanning overeenkomt met die vermeld is
op het typeplaatje.
Controleer of de kunststof handgreep van de frituurmand
goed is uitgeklapt en steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
Met de timerknop zet u de friteuse aan. Draai de timerknop
eerst naar 30 minuten en draai dan de timerknop terug naar
de gewenste tijd of zet de timerknop op de stand CONSTANT.
De friteuse zal continue aan blijven totdat u de knop weer op
0 zet. Het rode controlelampje zal gaan branden en geeft aan
dat de friteuse is aangesloten op het stroomnet.
Draai de thermostaatknop met de richting van de klok mee
op de gewenste temperatuur. Het verwarmingselement is
ingeschakeld.
Zodra de gewenste temperatuur bereikt is, gaat het groene
controlelampje aan. Bij het dalen van de temperatuur
schakelt zowel de thermostaat als het groene controlelampje
weer uit.
De friteuse is klaar om te frituren.
Vul de frituurmand (niet meer dan tweederde) met de te
frituren producten. Zorg ervoor dat de te frituren producten
goed droog zijn. Diepvriesproducten boven de gootsteen
uitschudden om overtollig ijs te verwijderen.
Laat de frituurmand langzaam in het frituurvet zakken, zodat
in het voedsel aanwezig vocht ongehinderd kan verdampen.
Als u dit niet doet, kan het frituurvet erg gaan spatten.
Zodra de te frituren producten klaar zijn, kunt u de
