1. Safety / functional description / assembly
1.1. Safety instructions
Connection: ATTENTION! Before accessing the terminals, all power circuits
must be switched off.
• The connection must be provided by the customer with a disconnecting device
that has a contact opening width in accordance with the overvoltage category III
full disconnection conditions.
• Lead the connecting cables through the cable grommets.
• For ease of wiring, the left part of the connector is removable. The terminal as-
signment is printed on the terminal cover.
• Connection acc. according to the wiring diagram (Fig. 1 - 5).
• When reassembling the connector, make sure it clicks securely.
• Replace the terminal cover.
• Mains connection and access to the service area may only be carried out by qua-
lified personnel.
Note: Only use the supplied plastic screw to attach the terminal cover.
ATTENTION!
This device may be used by children 8 years old and above and by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and know-
ledge, if they have been supervised or instructed in the safe use of the device and
understand the resulting hazards. Children are not allowed to play with the device.
Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervi-
sion.
For independent installation of spare parts or other changes
expires any warranty and the TÜV and GS approval of affected device.
Security Alert:
In order to avoid personal injury and damage to property, it must be ensured that
no water can penetrate before opening the device (for example, for coin clearing).
Safety extra-low voltage (option „L")
When operating in wet areas, the connection with safety extra-low voltage 24 V is
recommended. For this purpose a 24 V AC voltage should be fed into the wet area.
Transformers 230V / 24V 100 VA for up to 4 ZMZ controllers are available ex works.
For on-site use, a safety transformer must be provided.
