Cooking zones with HILITE heating elements.
Traditional cooking zones are made up of circular
heating elements. Th ey fturn red approxfimaftely 10
seconds aft er they have been turned on.
Hilate cooking zones ensure a uniform distribution of the
temperature.
The hilite lamps warm up rapidly to high temperatures
which results in:
· Rapid temperature rise (compared to a gas burner)
· Rapid cooling
· Uniform temperature over the entire surface
Traditional cooking zone control knobs. Each
cooking zone is fi tted with a control knob allowing
you to select from 12 diff erent temperature settings
from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 12.
