Warranty Terms

Human Care HC AB has high demands on our
product quality and our warranty cover material and
manufacturing faults of our products. The warranty is
not covering wear and tear on wheel, brakes, handles
grips and surface damages arisen after delivery. The
warranty is valid if the product is used in the intended
way and the maintenance instructions have been
followed. The product identity needs to be readable.
The product shall not have been modified or changed
in any way after the delivery from Human Care. The
warranty time is 1 year if noting else has been stated
in contract.

In case of product complaint please contact us for
further instructions.
The following information is needed to create a
product complaint: Id number of the product, date for
when the last maintenance were performed, customer
contact person and failure description.
