manufacturing faults of our products.

General Terms
Only the Warranty Statement from the country of
purchase will be considered the valid warranty. If
nothing else has been stated, the warranty term is
one (1) year. Human Care's warranty will not cover
wear and tear on wheel, brakes, handles grips and
surface damages arisen after delivery. The warranty

is valid if the product is used in the intended way and
the maintenance instructions have been followed. The
product identity needs to be readable. The product
shall not have been modified or changed in any way
after the delivery from Human Care.
In case of product complaint please contact us for
further instructions.
The following information is needed to create a
product complaint: Id number of the product, the
date when the last maintenance was performed,
produc serial number, customer name and contact
information and failure description.
