ADJUSTING THE BRAKE

Use the hex wrench anticlockwise to release the plate screws on back wheel.
Adjust the length of exposed tail: shorten for tightening and lengthen for loosing the brake.
Lock the pressure plate screws by rotating clockwise.
Note: Brake cables that are too loose will make it harder to brake. Test the tightness of your cables
by pulling each brake lever. If the levers hit the handlebars when you pull them, the brake cables
are too loose. Loosen the barrel adjusters, located where the brake cables meet the brake levers, for
minor brake cable adjustments. If the brake cable is still too loose, please contact your local reseller
for a qualified maintenance shop.
