13. Guarantee

SOEHNLE guarantees rectification of faults based on material or
production errors, free of charge, either by repair or replacement,
for 5 years as of the date of purchase. Please retain the receipt
of purchase and guarantee slip. In case of a guarantee claim,
please return the device, guarantee slip and receipt of purchase
to your seller.

with the Eco-Tex Certificate 100, which is
globally recognized and certifies that none

The SOEHNLE Safety Concept guarantees
the consumer the maximum level of
safety. Exclusive manufacture, additional
test criteria, and high SOEHNLE safety
standards, e.g. switch monitoring, heating
element insulation, auto-off timer,
mains-in safety, and thermal safety with
auto-off function, convey a good feeling
all around.
With this certification mark, the products
as well as the production processes are
subject to periodic control by TÜV Süd.
