Inspection and maintenance

Check the surface of the handlebars regularly and thoroughly, especially after crashes or other unusually high force situations. Damage
is difficult to detect: discoloration, cracks or waves on the surface, or cracking and creaking noises may indicate damage due to over­
loading.
Warning
• Brake fluid escaping from the brakes should be immediately removed with suffi­
cient water.
• If in doubt, do not continue cycling and consult your SQlab dealer without delay.

Care

Use only warm water with washing up liquid and a soft sponge or cloth.
Warning
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents such as acetone, trichlorethylene or similar;
this could attack the paint and the material.
