Product description
3.1
Intended use
The BEA 070 (opacimeter) measures emissions in diesel
vehicles.
The BEA 070 can be used as a stand-alone unit or with
the BEA 550.
!
If the BEA 070 and the supplied accessories
are operated contrary to the way specified by
the manufacturer in the operating instructions,
the protection provided by the BEA 070 and the
supplied accessories may be compromised.
3.2
Required equipment
The BEA 070 can only be used via a PC/laptop and
with the BEA-PC system software.
3.2.1
Hardware

Windows 8 or Windows 10

DVD drive

CPU (processor) with 2 GHz or more
R
Hard drive with at least 5 GB of free storage space

4 GB of RAM or more

Two vacant USB ports for the Bluetooth USB adapter
and for a USB connecting cable

Software
BEA-PC system software installed on PC/laptop.
