Le thermorégulateur EVEN FLOW de H2O Innovation permet de déclencher l'ouverture et la
fermeture d'une vanne modulante. Ainsi pour chaque 1/10
e
de degré Fahrenheit dépassant la
valeur ciblée la vanne s'ouvrira de 10%.
Elle se refermera aussi progressivement.
Le
thermorégulateur est proportionnel et barométrique il tient donc en considération que le point
d'ébullition de l'eau est directement relié à la pression atmosphérique. Le sirop d'érable est prêt
lorsque sa température atteint 7°F au-dessus du point d'ébullition de l'eau-.
ENGLISH
The EVEN FLOW auto draw-off from H2O Innovation allows the opening and closing of a draw off
valve when syrup temperature reaches 7°F above the boiling point of water. For every 1/10th of
a Fahrenheit degree exceeding the target value, valve will open by 10%. Valve will close gradually
on a drop in temperature following the same logic as opening. The auto draw-off is barometric
and proportional, it takes into consideration that the boiling point of water is collated to
atmospheric pressure. Maple syrup is ready when its temperature reaches 7°F above boiling point
of water.

de consigne, un signal sonore préviendra l'opérateur.
