Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
The solar charger must be charged prior to use. Do not press the
ON/OFF button [E] before or during charging as this will start
discharging the internal battery!
• Adaptor or USB port: Connect the mini USB input [D] to an adaptor
with output range 4.5~6.0Vdc (not incl.) or to a powered USB port
using the included cable (charging time ±1.5h).
• Solar charging: Place the solar charger with the solar panel facing
the sun into bright sunlight. Charging time ±15~20h.
• During charging the charging LEDs [C] light up – the number of LEDs
indicate the charging level (4 red LEDS mean the SOL20 is fully
charged.

• Connect the included cable to the USB port [F].
• Connect the desired plug to the end of the cable and connect your
appliance.
• Press the ON/OFF button [E] to start charging the connected device.
The green discharging LED [A] lights up.
Note: the blue solar LED [B] lights up as soon as the solar panel
receives enough sunlight to charge the internal battery.
• A single flashing charging LED [C] indicates the battery of the SOL20
is almost depleted. Disconnect the appliance and recharge the
SOL20 (refer to §4).

• This charger contains an internal rechargeable battery. When the
device is end‐of‐life, this battery has to be removed.
WARNING: Never dispose of batteries in fire, as they could explode.
Keep batteries away from children.
