Replace fl at ba ery with a
fully charged one
Check energizer isn't
faulty;

disconnect from fence
and earth

measure across fence
and earth terminals
with a Gallagher Fence
Volt Meter

if less than 5 kV return
energizer for service

if more than 5 kV the
fault is with the fence
or earth system.
